MaxxForce fault code SPN 4363 is commonly associated with SCR catalyst efficiency, NOx conversion, or aftertreatment performance monitoring. The ECM may determine that the SCR system is not achieving the expected emissions reduction. A single SPN without FMI does not identify the exact failure mode, so diagnosis should focus on DEF quality, dosing operation, exhaust leaks, and sensor feedback.

Likely Causes

Contaminated DEF, poor DEF concentration, failed DEF doser, low DEF pressure, faulty NOx sensor, exhaust leak, wiring issue, or SCR catalyst deterioration.
