Platforms That Support Remote Programming
Remote programming works on Cummins platforms supported through INSITE, Paccar platforms supported through Davie4, and a growing list of other platforms where the diagnostic ecosystem allows remote calibration loading. Older platforms and some legacy platforms require ship-in service because their diagnostic ecosystems don't support remote work.
We confirm platform compatibility during the booking process. If your platform requires ship-in instead, we'll let you know during the booking conversation and switch you over to the ship-in flow without restarting from scratch.
Remote sessions are typically scheduled within 1-3 business days of the booking request, depending on technician availability and operational urgency. Same-day sessions are available for urgent situations — tell us about the timing and we'll work to accommodate.
