On-Site ECM Programming
Our technicians arrive at your yard with full diagnostic equipment. Best for fleet rollouts, multiple units, and South Florida customers — and for larger nationwide fleet projects where shipping multiple ECMs gets logistically complicated.
How On-Site Works
Get a quote
Tell us about your fleet — truck count, platform mix, operational application, location. Same-day quote response for fleet scope; multi-truck quotes typically within 24 hours.
Schedule the visit
South Florida visits schedule 1–2 weeks out typically. Nationwide fleet visits schedule 3–4 weeks out depending on travel logistics and team availability. For urgent fleet situations, we work to accommodate — call us and we'll see what's possible.
We arrive on-site
Our technicians arrive at your yard with the diagnostic and programming equipment for your fleet mix. We'll need secure yard access, a covered area for the programming station, and a power source.
Truck-by-truck programming
Each programming session runs 1 to 3 hours per truck depending on platform complexity. For multi-day visits, we'll work through the fleet in scheduled batches — keeping enough trucks operational for ongoing fleet operations.
Verification and sign-off
Each truck gets a verification pass after calibration loads. Final fleet walkthrough with your fleet manager at the end of the visit; documentation goes to you for fleet records.
When On-Site Makes Sense
On-site service economics work when shipping multiple ECMs becomes more complicated than scheduling a single visit. For South Florida fleets there's no travel premium. For larger nationwide fleet projects, travel gets quoted separately as a line item.
- 5+ trucks programmed at one location
- South Florida location (no travel premium)
- Larger nationwide fleet projects (20+ trucks at a single yard)
- Complex fleet deployments where shipping multiple ECMs gets logistically impractical
- Fleet customers preferring an established service cadence with on-site cycles
- Dealer rollouts where you want the technical transfer in person
Service Area
South Florida: Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties. No travel premium. On-site visits typically schedule 1–2 weeks out depending on fleet scope and shop calendar. For active fleet customers with recurring service cadence, we'll lock in scheduling further out as part of the relationship.
Nationwide for larger fleet projects: For fleet customers with 20+ trucks at a single yard, we travel. Travel is quoted separately and reflects technician time, transportation, and equipment logistics. Multi-day visits handle larger fleet rollouts in a single trip — we'll typically schedule 3–4 weeks out to coordinate travel and shop calendar.
International on-site: Available for very large fleet projects and dealer-network setups where the project scope justifies international travel. Most international fleet customers default to ship-in or remote because the economics work better at typical fleet sizes.
Fleet Visit Logistics
For South Florida fleet visits, we typically arrive in the morning, set up the programming station, and start working through trucks immediately. Each truck takes 1 to 3 hours depending on platform — we'll typically batch trucks by platform to minimize equipment reconfiguration.
For nationwide multi-day fleet visits, we coordinate with the fleet manager on truck scheduling — which trucks come in which day, which trucks need to stay operational for active routes, which trucks need priority. We work around fleet operational priorities rather than forcing the fleet to work around our visit schedule.
Fleet documentation goes to you at the end of the visit — programming records per truck, scope summary, recommendations for ongoing fleet operations. For fleet customers running recurring service cycles, the documentation feeds into your fleet management system.
Pricing And Scoping
On-site pricing reflects the per-truck calibration scope plus travel for nationwide visits. South Florida fleet pricing has no travel premium. The per-truck calibration cost is the same whether the work happens on-site, remote, or ship-in — pricing reflects calibration scope, not delivery method. Travel for nationwide fleet visits gets quoted as a separate line item so you see the structure clearly.
Fleet volume pricing applies to multi-truck on-site work the same way it applies to multi-truck ship-in work. For ongoing fleet relationships, we'll quote the structural pricing rather than re-quoting each individual visit. Recurring on-site cycles are common for our largest fleet customers.
Common Questions
Can you do a single-truck on-site visit? For South Florida customers, yes — we'll work it in when scheduling allows. For nationwide single-truck visits, the travel economics rarely work; ship-in or remote is almost always more practical.
What if my fleet is mixed-platform? Mixed-platform fleets are normal. We bring diagnostic equipment for all the platforms in your fleet mix. Cummins INSITE, Paccar Davie4, Cat ET, Detroit DDDL, and others all travel with us as needed.
Do you handle DPF/EGR hardware too? No — we're the calibration side. Hardware work (DPF removal, EGR cooler replacement, straight-pipe install) is handled by your shop or a third-party diesel shop. We coordinate timing with the hardware work so calibration loads after the hardware change.
