How On-Site Service Works
Once we've established the fleet scope, we schedule the on-site visit around your operational priorities. Standard scheduling lead time is 1-2 weeks for South Florida customers; nationwide fleet visits typically schedule 3-4 weeks out depending on travel logistics and team availability.
Our technicians arrive with the diagnostic and programming equipment needed for the fleet mix. We work through the fleet truck by truck, with each programming session typically running 1 to 3 hours per truck depending on platform complexity. For larger fleet projects, we'll often schedule multi-day visits to handle 20+ trucks in a single trip.
Pricing is built around the fleet scope plus travel time for nationwide visits. South Florida fleet pricing reflects no travel premium. We share the detailed cost structure as part of the on-site quote.
