We do not represent that our services carry any manufacturer warranty, endorsement, or certification. Our work is independent calibration and diagnostic service performed on customer-owned electronic control modules.

Use of Manufacturer Names

We reference manufacturer names, engine model designations, truck platform names, and related identifiers throughout this website for one purpose: to describe the specific equipment we service. Using a manufacturer's trademarked name to identify the platforms we work on is informational reference, not affiliation. Under nominative fair use principles, naming the equipment a service applies to is necessary, accurate identification.

We do not use these marks to suggest endorsement, partnership, certification, or any commercial relationship with the trademark holder. We do not use them in our own product names, service marks, or business identifiers. We use only the minimum reference necessary to identify the equipment, and we present each reference truthfully and without any suggestion of affiliation.

Off-Road and Export Use

Calibration work that removes emissions controls — DPF delete, EGR delete, SCR delete, urea system disabling — is offered solely for off-road, off-highway, and export use where local regulatory frameworks permit such modifications. We do not offer or recommend these modifications for vehicles operated on public roads in jurisdictions that prohibit them, including the United States under the Clean Air Act.

Compliant emissions recalibration and performance tuning are offered separately for customers maintaining regulatory compliance. The scope of each service is established during the quote conversation, and customers are responsible for ensuring the calibration scope is appropriate for their operational and regulatory context.

Original images are either created by ECM Performance, licensed from third-party stock libraries, or used under nominative fair use principles.
