Forgot Your Credentials?

If you have an active dealer relationship but can't access the portal, contact us at sales@ecmperformance.com or call (888) 768-2447. We can reset your credentials, restore access for new staff, or address account-standing issues. Same-day response during business hours for dealer support requests.

For dealers with multi-user portal access — typically arranged for shops with several certified staff — individual user resets happen through the portal's user management interface. Account-level resets and credential recovery go through dealer support.

New Dealer Without Credentials Yet?

If you've started the application process but haven't completed certification, your dealer portal access typically becomes active at certification completion. The dealer onboarding workflow includes credential provisioning at the appropriate step; you should receive access details from your assigned dealer support contact.

Not A Dealer Yet?

If you're interested in the dealer program and arrived here looking for application information, start with the dealer program overview or jump directly to the dealer inquiry form. The application process gets you to portal access; portal access doesn't require credentials before the dealer relationship is established.

Account Standing Issues

Dealer accounts in good standing maintain portal access continuously. Accounts with payment performance issues, certification lapse, or other compliance concerns may have portal access restricted until the underlying situation resolves. If portal access has been restricted, your dealer support representative will have communicated the reason and the path to restoration.

Security Considerations

Dealer portal credentials should be treated as business-sensitive information. Share credentials only with authorized dealer staff; transition credentials when staff leave the dealer organization; use strong passwords; enable multi-factor authentication when available.

If you suspect dealer credential compromise — phishing attempt, suspected unauthorized access, lost or stolen device with active session — contact dealer support immediately. We can suspend portal access pending investigation and reset credentials cleanly without losing dealer relationship history.
