Location

Where We Are

The shop operates from a Fort Lauderdale facility serving as the operational hub for ship-in service worldwide and on-site service across South Florida. Full street address is provided in your written quote confirmation; we don't publish the specific facility address publicly since the shop primarily operates as a fulfillment center rather than a walk-in retail location.

For walk-in or drop-off, coordinate with us in advance so we can stage shop capacity for your work. Same-day walk-in for urgent situations is sometimes possible but always benefits from a phone call ahead.

Why South Florida

The location reflects three operational realities that have stayed consistent across 15+ years of operation. None of them are accidental.

Port access for export operations. Port Everglades and the Port of Miami are two of the major US export ports for vehicles and heavy equipment destined for Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and the Mediterranean. Trucks being exported to those markets often route through South Florida; programming the ECM in Fort Lauderdale before port shipment is operationally tighter than programming after the truck has shipped. Carlos V.'s testimonial documents this workflow with F-750 export trucks; the export-international-fleets industry page covers the broader pattern.

International shipping infrastructure. Fort Lauderdale has FedEx, UPS, and DHL major hubs with direct international flights serving Central America, the Caribbean basin, and South America. International ship-in turnaround from these regions is typically 3–7 days round-trip — substantially faster than ship-in routed through other US hubs. Several testimonials from Panama, Mexico, and Colombia reference this turnaround advantage.

Dense local diesel fleet customer base. South Florida has substantial concentrations of construction, refuse, agriculture (Palm Beach County), port operations, fleet transportation, and tourism / charter bus operations. Active local customer base supports on-site service capability that doesn't require travel-dependent economics. Several testimonials reference South Florida fleet customers across multiple operational categories.

South Florida On-Site Coverage

South Florida on-site service operates without travel premium across the four-county Greater Fort Lauderdale / Miami / Palm Beach metro. The coverage area corresponds to operationally reasonable same-day or next-day travel from the shop without travel cost allocation that wouldn't make economic sense for individual-truck work.

South Florida

On-Site Counties

Broward County

Home county. Includes Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Plantation, Davie, Sunrise, Weston, Pembroke Pines. Same-day on-site response available for most fleet situations.

Miami-Dade County

Greater Miami metro including Doral, Hialeah, Miami Lakes, Homestead. Active customer base across construction, port operations, fleet transportation. On-site coverage standard.

Palm Beach County

West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Wellington. Agricultural and construction customer base; on-site coverage standard.

Monroe County

Walk-In And Drop-Off Practice

The shop is primarily a fulfillment center rather than a walk-in retail location. Customers dropping off ECMs in person are common — the workflow is the same as ship-in, just without the carrier handling. Coordinate with us before arriving so we can have someone available to receive the ECM and confirm the work order.

For drive-in customers from elsewhere in the Southeast — Atlanta, Tampa, Jacksonville, Charlotte, New Orleans — we can sometimes compress timing meaningfully. Drop the ECM in the morning, work happens the same day on standard scope, ECM ready for pickup the next morning. Coordinate by phone before the drive; we'll confirm shop capacity for the timing you need.

Business Hours

Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. Same-day response on phone, email, and form submissions during business hours. For urgent operational situations outside business hours, leave a voicemail or email — we monitor critical channels and can typically respond to urgent situations within a few hours even outside standard hours.

International customers in distant time zones should coordinate scheduled call windows in advance. Email and form responses come within one business day at the latest regardless of time zone.
