World Wide On-Site and Remote ECM Programming

Export Tuning - High Sulfur Applications*

Most countries in the world only have high sulfur diesel fuel. This fuel to poison for DPF equipped trucks. We provide a solution.

ECM Performance will reprogram your truck to run code free allowing you shut off the entire after treatment system (DPF Filter & SCR-Selective catalytic reduction). This is what will allow you to run on the high sulfur diesel fuel so common in most of the world, without soot build up in your engine, particulate filters not cleaning and power derate / limp modes.

You will also be able to shut off the EGR exhaust gas recirculation system of the engine. This also prevents further build up of soot in your engine.

Our technicians can remotely reprogram your ECM right on the vehicle via the internet. For fleet service and in use time critical vehicles this premium service will only take hours instead of days. We custom program ECM's for the following Cummins, Paccar, Caterpillar, International & Maxxforce equipped vehicles:

Sterling Acterra

Ford F-650
Thomas Bus

Ford F-750

We offer custom Engine Control Module (ECM) programming for Cummins ISB 6.7 & ISC 8.3, ISC, ISL, ISL-9, ISM, ISX, X-15, QSB, QSC, QSL, QSX, Paccar PX6, PX7, PX8, PX9, MX11, MX13 - Caterpillar C7, C9, C13, C15 & International MaxxForce DPF equipped diesel vehicles.

After the original engine calibrations are read & backed up three ways for your protection, we then modify the calibration to your needs. Then the new calibration is flashed to your truck’s ecm, resulting in 100% Code Free operation.

For remote service just unbolt it the ECM from the engine block and unplug the harness connections. Click this link to prepare your order and shipping label.

Typically within 48 hours your ECM has been flashed to your specifications and will be shipped next day air, ready for reinstallation into your vehicle.
